Shipping Restrictions

Due to state restrictions, we cannot ship gift baskets containing wine to Canada or the following states:

Alabama
Arkansas
Delaware
Kansas
Kentucky
Maine
Maryland
Mississippi
Montana
New Jersey
Oklahoma
Pennsylvania
Rhode Island
South Dakota
Tennessee
Utah

In addition, all wine shipments must be signed for by an adult over 21.

Currently, we ship to USA & Canada only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Due to strict government regulation, we no longer ship to APO or FPO addresses.

Orders will be processed within 48 hours.

Continental USA shipments: Please allow 7 - 10 business days for delivery.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: We will ship to these locations. Generally US Mail is the least expensive means, however, please be advised ship time can take as long as 4 or 5 weeks.

Shipping Damages or Shortages: Packages should be checked upon delivery for damage or shortages. The carrier must be informed and note either of these conditions. Any damages or shortages must also be reported to Jaynes-Gift-Baskets.com within 72 hours of receiving of your order. Please email us at Jayne@Jaynes-Gift-Baskets.com.

These rates do not include rural delivery charge, fuel surcharge or other assessorial fees that the carrier may charge. Shipping Charges for areas outside the domestic USA and all assessorial charges will be calculated upon checkout if applicable.Orders valued in excess of $300 or over 200 pounds in weight will use traditional zones to calculate freight charges.

Shipping Methods Products delivered in the United States are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground, 2-Day, or Standard Overnight. Personalized items and orders for Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are shipped via the US Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx.

Shipping to Canada We ship via UPS Standard Canada (shipments generally take 7 days, plus additional time to pass through customs). Please note that, although we mark the items as gifts, there are at times customs charges assessed when the product arrives at the country of origin. The recipient of the item will be asked to pay the customs fees upon delivery when applicable. If the recipient rejects the gift or refuses to pay the charges, we will have to charge the purchaser's credit card for the fees incurred for customs, or for return shipping of the gift back to us (only when applicable). If this occurs, we will inform the purchaser by email of any assessed charges, and provide proof if requested.

IMPORTANT CANADIAN IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES and BROKERAGE FEES:The customer is responsible for any Canadian Import Duties & Taxes and any Brokerage Fees (if any). These fees may be charged to you when your package reaches the Canadian Border. (These fees are not included in the shipping that we charge you.)

We can no longer be responsible for the shipment of any package sent to Canada. We will provide proof of shipment and tracking numbers, but if the package does not get delivered we will be unable to issue a refund.
